アシヒダナメクジは、殻がありません。全長5cm程度です。農耕地など平地に生息しています。奄美大島以南に分布する外来種です。熱帯地域に広く分布するようです。沖縄へは本土復帰の頃に定着したようです。和名にナメクジと付いていますが、ナメクジより潮間帯に生息するイソアワモチに近縁です。
Eleutherocaulis alte is alien species. The total length is about 5cm. It was put into over the south from Amami Islands. It inhabit the farming places.
