オキナワオオサワガニ （エビ目サワガニ科） Geothelphusa grandiovata 英名 (English name) Not applicable
オキナワオオサワガニは、 沖縄島に分布する固有種です。甲幅５cm程度になる大型種で、日本産サワガニ類では最大です。河川源流部の湿地周辺で見かけます。穴を掘り、その中に潜っています。
Geothelphusa grandiovata is an endemic species in Okinawa main island , and endangered crab. It becomes about carapace width 5cm. Habitat is n the source of the mountain stream and damp ground.
