タゲリ （カモ目カモ科） Vanellus vanellus 英名 (English name) Northern Lapwing
・レッドデータブックなどによる指定なし
タゲリの背面は少し金属光沢のある黒っぽい緑色をしています。頭部にある冠羽が特徴的です。全長32cm。沖縄県内には少数が冬鳥として渡来します。水田などで見られます。
The total length of the Northern Lapwing is about 32cm. It will come across as a winter bird to Okinawa. They inhabit the waterside such as paddy field.
